About the company
The German company Halder was founded in 1938 by an engineer named Erwin Halder to manufacture a patented "SIMPLEX soft hammer". In 1940, the first factory was built. In 1958, the first official SIMPLEX catalogue was produced. In 1990, the new works premises are completed. In 1992, the company moved into a new office. In 1993 the company opened a branch office in Slovenia, in 1996 in South Korea, in 2011 in Japan and in 2012 in France. In 2016, the company opened its new logistics centre. Today the company has more than 200 employees in offices around the world. The company's products are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and EN 9100.

Modular locking systems
Halder produces various types of modular clamping systems with T-slots, multi-point clamps, ring clamps, etc., which can be used to model machine and device components. These systems are complemented by a wide range of standard parts: sliders, various handle shapes, clamping levers, rotary knobs, various screws and nuts, torque knobs and handwheels, split sockets, damping elements.
Hand Tools
The comprehensive range of hand tools has gained a worldwide reputation. This large range includes Supercraft hammers and sledgehammers with a soft polyurethane or nylon striker. Sledge hammers with a shock absorbing sleeve, hammers with sleeves of soft metal, plastic and composite rubber, punches with soft sleeves, sledgehammers with sleeves of composite rubber, nylon and soft metal, spare handles and replacement sleeves for hammers and sledgehammers, axes, etc.
Aviation line of fasteners
The aeronautical product line includes a variety of fasteners with quick, secure locking and adjustability for use with frequently recurring joints that require quick and easy opening.
Mechanical multi-position fasteners
We also manufacture a range of mechanical multi-position clamps for use with CNC multi-column machining centres and CNC machines, enabling secure clamping of parts of all configurations and materials.
